I picked up on her authenticity too. She didn't try to play by Ross' "wittier than thou"'s humour style to fit in, which I've seen other guests try to catch up with, and which I find difficult not to do when you've got a whole audience laughing with that type of humour.
I love that "he's so funny!" as she gets back into the greenroom. I think it is quite telling too.

@amado5490 That's exactly what I thought too. Same as her best friend Salma Hayek - they don't follow the interviewers' process they just tell their own stories and come across as more entertaining because they are just being real. And that's an interview that I enjoy watching.
