Use quality corrugated cardboard boxes and not amazon boxes and should be sturdy.

How have you made the hanging rod?
it's made of cardboard too, Discard one skin on the cardboard layer, then you can make a roll.

Inside the roll I put bamboo or wood or wire or whatever to stick it on each side. plug in from left side to right side. it is very strong because there is a hook on each side.
