I think this home is unbelievably beautiful. the color scheme and decor it's just fantastic. Just goes to show anyone can bring Beauty from within and bring their artistic views outside to decorate like the pros period. if I had the money and this house was on the market it would be a number one choice. I loved it
Tara's an amazing young woman with posh taste in antique. She reminds me of an American Royal with elaborate taste in finery. However there are those who are not so fortunate, so they might find it excessive. But Tara is a very wealthy young lady who can afford to have all of these things.
I like her home, especially the master bath and formal living room. I prefer modern and contemporary design, though, for some reason - always have. I have my eye on some amazing, ultra-modern homes with a lake view that are already built and that I can just make small, economical tweaks to if needed.
Ok, but it's a matter of taste. For me it's just...too much ! Even if I could afford it I wouldn't. I'm not saying she's too proud of herself if she likes it. I'm just saying that I don't like it.
Look she has the right to spend her own money on things simply because she can afford it. We don't need to copy her lifestyle, we can be inspired to do many things on our own. Look, I am not rich, nor jealous. I am saying that Lipinski has modest taste in home designing and she's a southerner to boot. So her taste is different from ours. She likes something that is Traditional and more Victorian.
But it is never a good idea to be rude, to an accomplished figure skater. In fact, she can have whatever she wants, it is none of our business to dictate what she can have or what she can't have. I never felt an ounce of jealousy when I saw this video. She is entitled to something in life because she is highly paid. We have to live within our means and it is something that we have to live with for the rest of our lives.

It's her vacation home. She lives in Los Angeles. She does visit Kiawah often - I know people who live close - they see her often.
