Nobody can teach you how to sing with that kind of emotion. I don’t care how many vocal lessons you take or even if you’ve mastered opera etc. this kind of singing comes straight from. the heart and soul. Toms got the greatest voice because it speaks to our hearts. You can feel his songs. Wow!!!!!

I've always loved Tom Jones. Upon my arrival to the USA in 1970, Tom Jones had a show, the entire family was mesmerized by his talent.
He was hypnotizing, I was glued to the television until the show ended. My favorite singer of all times. How powerful the voice is, it is still the same at 82 years old. He looks just as good as he did back then.

He worked alongside a young Jimmy Page in the London studio, gave teenage Richie Blackmore guitar lessons. He also let Jimmy Page borrow his acoustic for Led Zeppelin IV recording sessions. He became friends with Elvis when they hung out in Las Vegas. What an incredible musician. The greatest vocalist Sir Tom Jones along with this masterful guitarist! 1970, Nine years old, living in theSouth on a farm, first color TV, first time allowed to watch secular music, First time seeing him sing, and everyone in the whole house was completely captivated. Whatever that it is, that some people have, he had in trillions. I got a good whipping that night Because when he moved to the faster music and started moving around, Threw the handkerchief into the audience I completely lost control of myself and forgot we were not allowed to dance. Now after all these years I can see why I lost control. Dude still sends chills through me.
