Its funny to see a guy like rubiel, a top bodybuilder with a lagging body part (delts) not train them using the latest research. The average guy who watches yotube fitness "tutorial" channels knows that prioritizing the lengthened part of a rep is the most important. Why he isnt spamming cable laterals with the pulley set above knee height is beyond me. I recently started doing my cable laterals with the cable starting significantly higher than the lowest hole and its been an absolute game changer. He shud stop prioritizing laterals with DBs which have all the tension in the top of the rep

Hadi suffers from Andrew Jacked arm. Triceps disappear pretty high up, and his forearms aren't thick. When you compare Hadi to Flex back in the 212 days, Hadi has a better overall physique, but Flex has those Phil Heath arms. If Hadi could improve that arm thickness, it'd be a game-changer.
Andrew only needs forearm because biceps & triceps are so big you can see his forearms are the weak link! To stand straight up on a double the forearms need to come up! Everything else is getting on Point! Priority now forearms!

Andrew, in my opinion, has the craziest genetics in the open division. The guy is a freak of nature. If he can add some mass to certain areas and bring the conditioning, he is a threat to take the Mr O. His physique simply flows better than the rest. Add the height factor in there as well. I like his physique more than Samson. Andrews physique simply has more of a pop to it than Samson.

@@FormerIFBBJudge If I have a short guy next to a filled out tall man in equal condition, the tall guy is always going to standout more. Look at Samson as another example. In the case of Andrew and Samson, they are taller than average bodybuilders who standout on stage due in part to being taller (over 6ft) plus the flow and overall genetics they bring to the table. I know we are not talking about a height contest. Its open class bodybuilding. My point is that these guys standout next to shorter guys. Your eye is drawn to them for many reasons, height being one. Its like seeing a 6'11 basketball player somewhere in public. You cannot help but to stare because they simply standout among average folks.

@@granddaddyofthemall6320 if you dont think a taller bodybuilder who has equal proportional size and conditioning does not stand out, then you are missing my point and keep in mind its my opinion and may not be shared by everyone....which is fine. Its like Arnold next to Franco. Franco got lost next to him. Its a personal point of view that not everyone may share but bodybuilding and contests are about standing out in comparisons. Your eye will always go to the bigger taller guys when everything is fairly equal. Example....as good as Shaun C is, he is very short. When he gets into comparisons with taller men, he gets lost at times. Yes the guy is a freak and brings the conditioning but if I am Samson or Andrew, Shaun would get lost next to the bigger taller men. I am not saying someones going to win because they are tall. They have to bring other things to the table. All things being equal, if a tall guy goes up against a short guy, and they both have proportional mass and conditioning, the taller guy will usually win or at a min., you eyes are drawn to the guy that takes up the most space on stage.

And Andrew is 6'2 that is a disadvantage statistically there's only been one MR.O 6ft and that was well over 40yrs ago so to say Andrew got the height makes no sense whatsoever.

His problem is more that he's a bit narrow structure wise, I'd say. The delts themselves are pretty huge.
