The eye shadow application is soft with dimension and it makes you blue peepers really stand out. Lashes OMG! I screamed when she presented that bright blush, that is SO NOT LYDIA...OH MY GOSH THAT is SOOO LYDIA! Feminine pink flush actually showcases your incredible cheek bone structure. Then the hair...it looked like they did nothing. I was hoping to see you correct them, and redo it, then in your home light it is evident you all knew what you were doing! I don't think I've ever been more excited to see how someones wedding turns out (and I am a wedding obsessed!) Love that you're going natural, although you could literally show up in a bin bag and steal the show!
That makeup is absolutely beautiful. Although I think a more pinky lipstick would look even more amazing. And your hairstyle while you were having your makeup done was just like the perfect wedding hairstyle.
You look so nice with the eye makeup on. I think because you have such strong brows, some more definition in your crease and lash line really makes your eye shape stand out.

Dear Lydia, you are a beautiful woman, no doubt about it. The balm color you had prior to the lipstick went so beautifully with the makeup. I know the bride is supposed to shine and be the focus of attention, however, I believe Carrie’s makeup did not do her justice.

I loved how the makeup artist worked with Lydia. I know its different from bridal makeup. But when I go to parties or weddings. I get my makeup done by a makeup artist and it always feels like their painting a canvas. But its not it your face then you look at the mirror and think fuck. I've felt like that alot. Plus i'm weird I hate the feeling of a beauty blender on my skin. It makes me shudder. But everytime the artist would use one. Then you feel uncomfortable telling them no xx

Photographer Tip: Going to be a lil butty inny, as a photographer I am going to say wear a nude that is a tad pinker, the one you had on will not translate well into a total look. Otherwise your makeup she did is perfect for pictures.
i felt that it was a bit too nude as well, as if it would possibly get lost with the skin tone in pictures as its so nude. all down to personal preferences ofc but id go for a little pinkier as well :-)
This colour blends her lips in slightly too well with her make up and won't look good in pictures where it might look like she neglected to do her lips. I also agree that she should go for a slightly pinker lipstick.

From a Photography/Editorial perspective Simple and No makeup "Makeup" look is best for wedding day makeup. You want to have beautiful moisturized skin that is healthy looking and minimal makeup. You want to be able to look at your wedding photos in 10 /15 years and not be dated by your makeup and or even your wedding attire. Congratulations on your wedding!!

I took a gamble and chose to wear a little more make up than usual for my wedding and many years later still love the way it looked. It wasn't over the top but more "model like" than usual and done by my fashion designer sister. I'm sure the By Terry crew will see you proud. X.

you look super beautiful lydia- i absolutely love it, my only thing would be to say i feel for your face because your so naturally slim you don't actually need cheek contour, it makes your face look drawn out when it is so naturally slim. I would just use bronzer to add colour and shadow to the face xxx

Make up looks amazing! And that pink blush totally makes it better. I only don’t like her nude lip, idk what it is, I just think it ages her... and she wears it all the time. I would go for a colored chapstick or something or a nice gloss. Lol. I am just not a fan of lipstick I think.
And I didn’t like Carrie’s make up. The lips and eyes could be much better. Eyes need to pop more and lips need a different color...
