Dear Lydia. I am very happy for you and Ali as well as I am sure your upcoming wedding is going to be absolutely beautiful as well as your future marriage. I remember you once tweeted about love island and mentioned that it took Ali over three months to get a kiss from you after a bad relationship in the past. I do understand that you might not be willing to talk about the negative past experience, so you don't need to, but I think many viewers, including myself would highly appreciate a sit down Q&A dedicated to romantic relationships, issues in relationships, toxic relationships, self worth and self love etc. because many of us, unfortunately, don't always have somebody to talk about those things, and I feel like those things should be spoken about. I feel like a person like you that has such a positive approach to life that brought you where you are right now, would actually give some great advice on those things.

You're just trying to pry. Nobody wants to go over their negative experiences, let alone sharing them with the whole world (and an abusive place like UA-cam), let alone when they are super excited about their wedding. You are a toxic person. Leave her alone and let her enjoy her wedding butterflies to the full.
Amber Leaf Just because she would like the opportunity to discuss how someone else overcame a very difficult situation does not make her toxic. It may not necessarily be appropriate at this time but not a bad discussion subject at all.
I feel like "nobody wants to go over their negative experiences" could be a rather unhealthy way of looking at things. Personally with someone close to me, who had some pretty bad experiences, talking about them and talking about how they affected her really made her come to terms with the fact that they happened even though some of those things happened donkey years ago. She used to be be incredibly repressive about the past - saying that what had happened could not be changed, but since I "pried" she's become less prickly talking about her past and it's given her power over her history. It's psychology and that can explain how we deal with subsequent events in our lives. When she wasn't willing to talk about them, she was a lot more bitter and tense. Of course some past experiences are harder to talk about than others, but some people are more adept at coming to terms with their past than others. That can set an example for people who don't know how to put their experiences into perspective and be brave about them.
Ultimately, the choice is up to Lydia and whatever it is we should all respect it. Her sharing would make her far more vulnerable to abuse because this is the internet and not a chosen group of friends whose reactions and perceptions can be more fairly managed. But encouraging openness and sharing about trauma in a safe and supportive environment can be far better than sweeping it under the rug.
With regards to Val asking - I can understand if you think that she is prying, some people indeed do that. But it's also good to give her the benefit of the doubt rather than labelling her a toxic person. You are free to question the intentions of other people on the internet, but I hope you can also do it in a kind manner whenever possible.

I asked for Q&A, meaning, her viewers would have an opportunity to ask her questions whether general questions or questions related to their own relationships if they are willing to share. Thats it.

La Roche Posay do a really good spf - I use their spf 50 everyday and it isn't oily. They've just started an SPF spray which you can re-apply over make-up during the day and it's really good too. Doesn't ruin your make up! I just get them from Boots :)

While every.single.dress you have tried on with us on the vlog looks absolutely gorgeous on you, I felt these weren't your style for your wedding day. I could be wrong, but I picked up the same sense from you & Carrie during the fitting. You were being gracious visitors, complimenting and appreciating the designer, but not really seeing any of them as clicking with your wedding day. I could totally see you wearing any of them for like a photo shoot or mag spread, though. (: I really caught on more to your excitement and style at the other fittings! Like, the first 5 dresses at the first place, and then the ones at the gorgeous 2-story boutique. Ahhhh, I'll be engaged soon, so talking about all of this gets me giddy. Lol! I hope everything goes smashing for you, Lydia. 😘

I believe she said that she already had her dream designer contact her even before Ali proposed. I think this dress hunting journey was so that Lydia sees what she likes on her and to inspire her so that she can tell the designer what kind of dress she would like.

You will know it when your skin is ready for the next steo up with retinol. I wouldn't go from the luna directly to 2%. Go for a steady increase instead - use a 0.5% next, than a 1% and finally the 2%.

Rhea Mehta Agree. She was brave enough to put so much effort into something that wasn't paying off in the beginning at all whilst working another full time job. It wasn't the safest bet because a few years ago, it was not even considered to be a "real job". There was no guarantee that it will turn into a sustainable career. But people that go out of the comfort zone, work hard and keep pushing it no matter what, tend to achieve great things in life. And she did.

Just a little tip my mom has always told me, when putting products on you might want to use your ring fingers because that’s the finger with the least pressure so it won’t create fine lines or anything. Loved these videos! The first dress was my favourite. The third one was too much, in my humble opinion. I think your style has always been simple but classy and ladylike! Please get two dresses, Lydia! One for the ceremony and one for the after party! You only get married once, go all out on your special day. I really loved the halterneck dress from your first video, it would be perfect for the after party and you can easily dance in it. It is so your style.

Lydia, you have to have THE dress form figure measurement the seamstress uses on every single creation she makes. Each one is made for you! Whether your decision is couture dramatic or classic demure your figure and beauty will wear it better than anyone else! Oh, you do look simply glowing, and Illuminated, well Moisturized, and brightened! ; )

Lydia I love the dress that is silver and sparkly on the top with a v-nec type cut, and the white skirt! It is so flattering and flatters your chest very well!! I loved some of the first dresses but the top just didn't suit your chest! That dress is absolutely stunning on you--I hope you pick one like it!! Lydia you look gorgeous in those dresses. Just a word of advice before the wedding... if you're using the retinal and products with strong AHA's within them then DONT have any facial waxing done e.g. Eyebrows upper lip etc. The aha's can thin the skin cause the wax to break and rip the skin! Probably the worst thing that can happen before the wedding! Xx

Stunning-very Unique gowns and ❤️ them...I so ❤️ that you tried so many different styles on....my daughter got married a year ago...couldn't decide on what she loved more a Princess gown or Form Fitted-her dilemma was solved by a&be' bridal...they had designer make a beautiful princess bottom, she wore for the Catholic Ceremony and than removed for the Reception...Everyone was in complete Wow...she was Just Gorgeous!... Oh I love Cultbeauty and the products they carry!! I've been hooked for a while now :-) I use the Indie Lee toner as well and I just pop it on without a cotton pad, just splash a little in my hand and press it in to my skin. It works wonders on the hydration of my skin and I feel the difference when I forget to use it. I can recommend you to try that method as well, maybe you'll love it too.
