Thanks for making this video ! I also begin roasting own coffee beans lately, by using small flat pan and stove. Result is quite OK. This video makes you happy, hehe!
It's look good. I live in Vietnam and near my house, there is a coffee shop. Whenever they roasted coffee beans, the smell was incredible. You have very nice equiments also.
Great video!! You should try coffee from Guatemala. I recommend Huehuetenango and Antigua. I dont know if you can find them in japan but you should ask.
0:35 - 1:18 YEP! This has been my life now ever since I started home roasting a few weeks ago. Spotting bad beans has become such a second nature to me that it is my immediate reaction the moment I see a picture of green coffee beans. It's like developing a palate; it haunts you for the rest of you life. XD
That was very interesting. I wouldn't even know where to buy green coffee beans, and it would take forever for me to roast mine, because we like a dark roast with a full bodied flavor. Your beans looked like a very light roast, the flavor must be very mild.
I love when you just sit down and talk, your voice and the way you speak is so calming ❤

Do you know where did he buy the cup that he used in Cold Pressed Latte video?

I loooooooove coffee - just imagining the smell of the beans from your video makes me want to drink a cup of it. 🤤
I just run a toaster on dark, toss in a slice of bread, and I have smell-o-vision!
