I used to help my father fly his F1As for many years. He was very good at it, won trophies. He taught me to never throw the model when launching, simply let it lift out of your hand. But I see your assistant throwing it every time, makes me wince a bit. There was no sonic or radio location in those days. If it went OOS, that was usually the last you ever saw of it.

Great model and great bunt launch technic!
The tech on these gliders to take advantage of the rules is very impressive, awesome video!!
I come back to this video from time to time
Nice video. You made it seriously. Good luck.
Wow, great job. It's amazing
Is that how the string is released, by yanking it?
what is the name of the box you use to store your glider
Beautiful where is it at? Nice flying site
I'd love to come and fly with y'all one day.
I am first place in world cup for F1E , i am from romania and i am interested in F1ABC
Well done
that's awesome. keep healthy.
Why are you pulling the line down? Don't you want the altitude?
The glider will have the speed to jump higher
at the launch of the cable, the pilot pulls the line to sling the plane, with that he gains height and speed

I used to fly with these in Denmark. F1A. freeflight (once released from the line - the jerk).
