WHT should I first do
Check out my beginner courses. Search by most popular videos, they should be the top few.
Put the stochastic indicator on your chart (set it to 14, 3, 3) then backtest it (see how it follows the market's trends over the last few periods on all time frames). Watch Rayner's videos on support & resistance, moving averages, and the Fibonacci levels.
Only trade with 1% (never more than 3%) of your account, try to catch the big trends, and close your losing trades quickly (you can always get back in if they turn around and go in your favour again).
Also, use a good MACD indicator to find the highs and lows. They become support and resistance areas.
Would have been a far better interview if you had the trader show actual chart examples. Kind of common sense. Closed out video.
I was thinking of the listeners on spotify. If charts were included, they will be lost as to what's going on.
But at the same time, I realized people on UA-cam would have a better experience if charts were shown.
