I have an extHDD containing films and TV shows in different file formats. Will I be able to play them via external players like VLC or MX? Or will I have to use the native player? How well can the interface be controlled like in Windows or in Android smartphones? Can I add soft coded subtitles present in the file folder? Can I download 3rd party apps from sites on Google search instead of the Play Store? They are my prime requirements and it would be great if you could answer them.

I guess every oled tv if we use it in max brightness for prolonged time will have screen retention issues... Coz of the organic materials in the oled technology

If you have a QLED i wont recommend, however the difference is night and day between the 2 especially when u see the blacks. Hold on to the QLED for a couple of years and then take a call.
Don't buy first gen.wait for the next gen to arrive or go for sonyx90k led tv it's not a night and day difference.oled can get burnin depend on the panel quality.and the white maynot be good.

Technically make sense, as qled led tvs are very different from OLEDs, without a blink id say the oled would be far superior in experience.

Well you have to house the power circuits, motherboard and ports, so it will have to be thicker at the bottom.
