Let me share my funny story of regarding this video. 1. My father bought Motorola TV 65 inch with all features and it lasted for 1.3 years then the pannel died. 2. I bought a TCL TV 55 inch and it lasted for 1.5 years then died. 3. My brother bought Panasonic Tv which lasted 1 year then died . Now finnally we had enough of these cheap brands and Bought LG 65 inch TV and the quality and the experience is way better than all the TVs that we owned. IF U WANT TO AVOID ALL THE HASSLE JUST BUY A LG, SONY, SAMSUNG TV.
I work in dixon technogies and you are 100% right, majority of the products that you see in indian market of brands like Crompton, RR, Philips, Panasonic,haier, and many more are assembled here.
I think its best to avoid android tv, LG web os , samsung Tizen OS and fire OS are the most stable. Croma sells tv with fire OS and web OS. Quality and service much better than cheap TV's. We own croma web os tv and it really smooth, Croma fire tv is bit laggy compare to web os and tizen

Exactly..I haven't used Samsung's TizenOS..but Using LG's WebOS..it works fine.. LG and Samsung develop their OS, Chipset and Display on Their own..which gives them proper control over everything.. Nothing can match LG and Samsung if it comes to manufacturing Good TVs.. I am not sure but if you buy an Android TV which costs 60K+, you won't face much Issues.. people these days purchase a TV worth 30-35K from Chinese manufacturers, and expect to get a performance like LG, Samsung and Sony TVs..
@Iam_PRS i will say its not price, its OS matters alot.. using croma 50 inch tv with lg web os. Very seamless and smooth. And yess, avoid cheap Chinese tvs.. they can discontinue brand whenever they want. So no service
Sir I brought up Thomson Qled tv but unfortunately it was defected it worked fine in winters and raining but in summers it get heated very fast and reboot in interval of 20-30 min and company is not responding properly After calling and request them from different mediums they sent their repair person after 1-2 months who checked and found motherboard defect but after that they are continuing changing dates and giving new date , their customers number doest work properly they either don't pic up or else if picks up says you need to wait we will inform to upper authority it is more then 3 months they didn't replaced the motherboard or tv new date is given 18 july please can you suggest me some suggestions
I am facing the same issue, blaupunkt ,this are Indian companies and cannot be at par with MNCs like LG and Samsungs . Its been almost a year and they haven't solved my issue too . Planning to approach Consumer court .
back in 1990s we had philips 14" TV which had small 2ft foldable antenna attached. Its still working and was powerful enough to catch airforce frequencies sometimes. Nowadays its next to impossible to get such quality and reliability in any consumer goods

Never buy Samsung smart tv(50k). I purchased in 2018 and from 2021 on tv started black spots and when we connected with samsung support they said they can not repair take new tv. So guys do not purchase Samsung tv.

Though the information given by this man seems sensible,I previously used a Samsung 32inch tv,it is non smart,bought it for literally 33k in 2014,that tv was amazing with the picture quality,but the display got black lines starting after 3 years and completely destroyed in 6months from then,I managed to used it with black marks till 2019 and purchased Xiaomi 4a 32inch tv for 11999 in 2019, I'm still using it,yes the software is shitty slow,but it still works seemless,without any display and speaker issues,I feel really satisfied with Xiaomi tv,I literally had a worse experience with samsung

It's just Samsung and LG buddy cause then don't use Android OS. LG uses WebOS and Samsung uses there own Tizen OS, both are optimized for there own TV and is very lightweight. Now compared that to the Android TV which is resource hungry and bloated.

Yes brother Sony is a very good brand. I also bought sony. It may not last upto 8 or 10 yrs but it is better than almost all other TV's and it will last little bit longer than the others. So yeah No smart tv can give like 8-10 yrs but yes highly recommend tv

I am the lg web os user since 2015. Now i am using google tv from Sony. I can say it is far better in usability and its fast. Googletv from other brands🤡 Googletv from SONY with X1 processor💀
Ultimate problem in smart tv is it's to much slow because of low grade chip sate , all cost cutting is there some time it's taken more than 10 minutes just open but otherwise I have no issues and working 4+ year without any technical problem

I partially agree with you that Smart TV's are slow, but it's not because of there hardware it's because of there software. I mean look at Samsung Tizen and LG's WebOS. They are much faster and snappier compared to Android/Google TV OS. It's just to big and so many bloatware make that TV slow. Those TV's main purpose is to run Audio and Video at 4k and they are more then capable enough to do that for the next 10 years easily. I mean they have dedicated hardware decoders for that specific job. It's just the software is what make them slow to boot and launch apps. I suggest to never update your SmartTV until and unless something is broken or buggy. And never ever upgrade the OS version cause the newer OS only use more resources. What I did with my oneplus android TV is that I used ADB App control app to debloat my smartTV and uninstalled the default google launcher and installed a custom FLauncher. It's much more fast now.

FireOS is based on Android only. I also have a FireTV works really good and Amazon provides regular updates.

It's just Samsung and LG buddy cause then don't use Android OS.
LG uses WebOS and Samsung uses there own Tizen OS, both are optimized for there own TV and is very lightweight. Now compared that to the Android TV which is resource hungry and bloated.
I still have my oneplus q1 pro 55 inch 4k that I got for free in 2019 and I use it in my bedroom to play games and watch netflix and I am still on android 9 because it's flawless like literally. All of the apps works fine in android 9 and

I bought a acer tv 43 inches for. 27000rs after 2 years its panel got vertical white lines and horizontal line then display got. Black out.....and after the tv was from indikal technologies and using acer brand name with licence

Yes brother Sony is a very good brand. I also bought sony. It may not last upto 8 or 10 yrs but it is better than almost all other TV's and it will last little bit longer than the others. So yeah No smart tv can give like 8-10 yrs but yes highly recommend tv

Ultimate problem in smart tv is it's to much slow because of low grade chip sate , all cost cutting is there some time it's taken more than 10 minutes just open but otherwise I have no issues and working 4+ year without any technical problem

I partially agree with you that Smart TV's are slow, but it's not because of there hardware it's because of there software. I mean look at Samsung Tizen and LG's WebOS. They are much faster and snappier compared to Android/Google TV OS. It's just to big and so many bloatware make that TV slow.
Those TV's main purpose is to run Audio and Video at 4k and they are more then capable enough to do that for the next 10 years easily. I mean they have dedicated hardware decoders for that specific job. It's just the software is what make them slow to boot and launch apps.
I suggest to never update your SmartTV until and unless something is broken or buggy. And never ever upgrade the OS version cause the newer OS only use more resources. What I did with my oneplus android TV is that I used ADB App control app to debloat my smartTV and uninstalled the default google launcher and installed a custom FLauncher. It's much more fast now.

You should start podcasts because your voice is good enough for tech podcasts... and you mostly make videos about tech topics very interesting quite informative instead of tech reviews this makes you unique from other tech channels. Keep creating such new content you give me some new information in videos which even a tech enthuiest like me didn't knew....
