- This year was amazing for me! I had the opportunity to armwrestle against some amazing athletes and meet a lot of wonderful people :)
Not only was this year great for me, but it was also one of the best years for armwrestling as a sport and as a community. I can't wait to see what this year holds for us! From here we can only grow 💪
Battaglia is a beast of the superheavyweight, so no shame in losing to him. And pinning Frank Lamparelli was very impressive. He had a very close battle this year's WAF (actually last year/2022) with Tvetkov.
I won against Battaglia in the knockout phase in the open category, but he ended up winning me two times in the finals 😅

If you are injured, how many weeks do you wait to strength train? And in these weeks do you do the exercises with 25% of the strength load? 🇧🇷
When I'm injured I always test to see If I can lift heavy, but in general I rest for a week and i do some light training for that area that I injured (usually with rubber bands)

Side pressure i think, hook is like Devon Larratt vs Prudnik match, Larrat's hand, or Ongarbaev vs Silaev and Laletin
