- Another part of the "Angry PBA Bowlers" series. We have 4 more very angry bowlers for you in part 6! In this video we look at some more classic angry outbursts that feature your favourite PBA bowlers.
Some fan favourites such as Walter Ray Williams Jr & Anthony Simonsen are featured in this video as well as some other familiar faces.

Wish we had that sort of talk that happened between Allen and Couch. So entertaining.
i tell people this everyday, pba needs some fueds. Everyone is too friendly. Drama brings in views, even if its on the more friendly side like couch/allen was.
Love that competitive talk, makes the match more interesting and its like mind games too, loved it lmao

Have you heard Anthony's story? He had to bowl to keep his family from ending up without anything. The Kid was Not out to Just bowl for shots & giggles. He literally was bowling for His Family's Livelihoods!!! His story is Amazing. I look at Him as an amazing Person.

Allen v Couch was CLASSIC trash talkin. We need WAY more of that in today's environment. And they absolutely need to allow bowlers to cuss. I for one would be cussing like a sailor if I was with these guys. They'd call me the Gordon Ramsay of Bowling lol

That is the first time I have ever seen him lose his cool, out of all the years I watched him on tv. I was shocked but I also understand as well.
@@ArtikAries I saw him lose his cool in the 10th frame trying to win at Golden Pin lanes where I believe he had run the stepladder at that point. His audio was supposed to be hitched on his belt and they couldnt reattach it quickly, so he just put in his pocket after some delay and then proceeded to strike and win the tournament. It doesnt take much to get a bowler hot when you are throwing 16 lb bowling balls all day. You are already lathered up ready for conflict.

If you ever do another of these I'd nominate Brian Voss on the 2005 World Championship telecast. Apparently Chris Loschetter was using a sanded ball to create some mistake area during practice and Brian had trouble adjusting during the match. After leaving a couple of splits Voss completely lost his cool and basically gave up with a few frames left. Voss got his face into the camera and said 'ban sanded balls'.
Voss went into the future... 🔮 same with urithane now..
Allen and Couch were just trading jabs like a couple of heavyweight boxers! What makes it so awesome isn't just the verbal boxing match, but the pin action: Messengers flying all over the place!
At some point it turns into a game of 'who's gonna blink first?'
They need to allow fighting like in hockey. Would definitely make it more interesting

The PA / Couch match up was two of the best lefties at the time having some good natured banter with each other. We need more of that in bowling. I don't think either of the two bowlers were intending to be disrespectful to the other.

I have Subscribed to JR Raymond's channel and He seems very cool. Have not seen anything to back that Allegation up.

I get distractions can happen and are annoying, but when you’re playing in a large league tournament, there are distractions all around you. You gotta learn to tune them out like us amateurs.
I think maybe Simonsen thought the loud clapping was JR Raymond? Simo is still a huge douche, but that is the only thing I can think of that would make him pissed.
You could have done a whole movie's worth on Simonsen. 😂

Pete Weber is the best at getting angry on the lanes because he is passionate about the sport of bowling and will do anything to get that win....the angriest PBA bowler award goes to Pete Weber...PDW...who do you think you are? I AM!
I'll admit, the Patrick Allen/Jason Couch stuff is funny.
On the other side of the coin, what about more outbursts; but victorious outbursts? Two good ones are Ernie Schlegel at the '95 Touring Players Championship (after Randy Pedersen left the stone 8) and Marshall Holman winning his final title at the 96 Ebonite Classic ("I'm back baby, I'm back!")

It absolutely amazes me of how ignorant some people can be when a player needs silence & nothing to hinder their performance. Especially when it affects the outcome.
Couch and allen. 10 out of 10. So many bowlers dont know to trash talk with respect.
There is something between simo and Raymond, that’s why he went off like that over literally nothing. It’s some history stuff though it didn’t start because a dude lingered on the approach four lanes over.

Typical Simo. I respect the guy cause he has talent for days, but he's just so arrogant. Pete was arrogant too but I love me some Weber any day of the week.
They can both back themselves up though. Neither really deserves more credit than the other.

I’ve never seen anyone get mad at someone else during qualifying for a tournament.
These guys have side bets. It can get pretty heated during just qualifying.
Tbf, JR isn't the best of attitudes on tour either.

Everybody must've forgot when Charlie Tapp got mad with the spectators & he says to them back in 1983 "Sit there wait, throw the damn ball." The Right Lane, you need to upload that clip because Charlie was a crybaby & a sore loser after his loss to Toby Contreras at Mel's Bowl at Alameda, California. Fans wanted Toby to win, probably one of the classic moments that you ever seen in professional bowling. 🎳
