- Steps to Fix Battlefield 5 Crash on Startup, Crash to Desktop (CTD) Black Screen, Low FPS, Fix Battlefield 5 Not Launching, Fix Battlefield V Crashing on Windows 10 PC
Step 1) Close OneDrive or unlink OneDrive while playing the game
Step 2) Do a clean installation of graphics driver: www.nvidia.in/...
www.amd.com/en...
Step 3) %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Battlefield V
Delete ALL of the files within that directory.
Repeat the above for this location:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\D3DSCache
Step 4) Run game in DX11 mode:
Find "PROFSAVE_profile" the user's documents in Windows.
Change the value "1" to "0" and which disable Directx12
Step 5) Run Nvidia Control Panel in debug mode
Step 6) Install C++ Visual files: support.micros...
Step 7) Update Windows 10
Step 8) Try starting the BFV as an administrator using exe file
Step 9) Repair/Verify the BFV game files from Origin/Steam
Step 10) Disable full-screen optimizations and Change the high DPI settings
Step 11) Laptop users with dual graphics card, run BFV on dedicated graphics card
Step 12) Turn off the origin/steam overlay, also close additional overlay application, perform clean boot, close all the overclocking and background application
Step 13) Allow BFV game exe file to your antivirus program or controlled folder access
Step 14) Run BFV in Windowed mode and lower down graphics settings
Step 15) Update the System BIOS
Step 16) Uninstall and reinstall BFV
Bro i just want to say from the bottom of my heart that i am so happy the game is finally working I have been trying to fix it everyday for 4 days Even EA support couldn't help and it turns out it was me not connected to my Onedrive thanks for that.

Thank you so much, I tried almost all of the smaller fixes you mentioned yesterday, (didn't work then),
but tried the bigger fixes today, installed visual c++ files and new graphics drivers today, and also ran in compatibility mode for windows 8, now bf5 is launching..
I reinstalled the whole 90gb game 3 times before stumbling onto your video. Thank you so much, again.

Go to power, go to processor power management, go to maximum processor state and change from 100 percent to 99 percent. Hope that helps.
Guys! I found the way to fix it! Well, it worked for me. You simply have to run the launcher as administrator and if not working, for me, I put the game on windows without border and now, I can play!
what luncher? origin or steam?

@@Der_Jery25 it’s because I have the Xbox game pass pc and there’s BFV and the launcher for every EA games from pc Xbox game pass is EA PLAY DESKTOP… sorry
@@Der_Jery25 you can install the ea play launcher in origin! I don't renember how i installed it but i think there's an option in origin app
In my case i fixed the error putting ON only one screen (i have two showing the desktop) in the windows config screen. Then alt+tab, put extend mode again and solved. *sorry for my bad english*
YEs. I already run the game for the last chapter. every time i got kill, it will close the game. how to erase all data in BFV
Tried everything from this video, nothing works.. the only solution I found was my motherboard was dying (giving a EA crash and LiveKernel crash).. and done! Replace the entire MOBO and now is working again!

** FIXED ** UPDATE_ I've had the game 3 or 4 weeks.. Hardly have played it, and now I get a black screen when loading in multiplayer.. Game is just junk... For what I paid for the game I shouldn't need to be a programmer to get the game to work.

cant believe what an absolute trash this game has become, worked everything, did everything on your video, game just wont run.. keeps on crashing like anything, in the middle of rounds, from menu , from lobby.. randomly anything af.

@@ChoJun69 no bruh, installed windows again, drivers etc, changed RAM too, nothing worked, game is shit. sometimes it worked good for 2 matches, and then crash, sometimes it just outright crashes from menu screen only. dont keep it if you are experiencing issues like me, did all sorts of windows settings, DAP UAC, startup options, virtual memory etc, nothing works.

I right click on profile_save file and select open with, but nothing happens
