    New research from the University of Michigan suggests that pressuring kids to eat their food might damage your relationship with them. Nutritionist Hala El-Shafie has seen plenty of evidence in her clinics which backs up this research, but Clare Muldoon calls it nonsense, and says she has raised four healthy children using the tough-love strategy at the kitchen table.

    My grandma would watch me cut the fat off my meat and then make me eat it cold at the end of the meal. 😅 And if I ever cheeked her she would put me under the stairs in the dark. 😅 What a lovely woman.
