With 22 exams to go, how appropriate in the real world are some of these subjects? With chief adviser to PM Boris Johnson, Dominic Cummings, admitting politics could use more “super-talented weirdos”. The panel discuss whether schools are equipping our kids with the right skills to work in the modern creative world we now live in or if the education system could do with a shake-up?

Teaching one way is like having only one shoe fits all. IT DOES NOT. Children learn at different rates / speeds. Not every child will be cut out for doing certain subjects. They should be doing what is they're good at. Yes they need to learn basics of all subjects so they have an understanding how things work, but not to A level or O level.. it won't help you in the real world.
