Hi Addie, Thank you for watching our videos! Reflection in its basic form is 'What will you do differently?'. The evidence-based and anecdotal part is simply that the reflection needs to be about/relevant to the event, recorded CPD, etc. You could show this by mentioning the topic in the reflection, for example, 'In future when taking blood I will...."
