I have a feeling that gajin aims to make the game arcade like World of Tanks, in which everything will be random, like penetration and damage, although similar mechanics of random penetration and damage (by modules) can already be found especially on top dashes
The capped AP is better than the regular uncapped one. Trust me. I love playing this tank with the better AP it just slices through tanks like butter
