    Raspberry Macarons made with raspberry ganache filling are one of the most flavour macarons ever, the sweetness of the shells is very well balanced by the raspberries used not only in the filling but also in macaron shells.
    INGREDIENTS:
    Raspberry ganache:
    150g frozen raspberry
    30g granulated sugar
    70ml double cream
    5g freeze dried raspberries
    200g white chocolate
    Macarons shells:
    100g ground almonds
    100g icing sugar
    3g freeze dried raspberries
    37g egg white + food colouring
    100g granulated sugar
    26ml water
    37g egg white

    Am incercat reteta dvs de macarons, a fost prima mea inercare, un pic i-a pirlit cuptorul, probabil e mai puternic, dar in rest foarte gustosi, perfecti ❤️

    Făina de migdale și zahărul pudră trebuie să fie cernute?

      Daca doriti macaronsii mai fini puteti cerne, eu de multe ori folosesc faina asa cum e. Ca sa nu am resturi si sa nu arunc nimic.

      Fructele liofilizate in general sunt fructe trecute printr-un proces de conservare care pastreaza fructul mult mai gustos si natural( fata de fructele uscate sau congelate) 🥰 Cautati pur si simplu pe Google zmeura liofilizata si o sa va apara unde gasiti sa o cumparati. Cred ca o gasiti cel mai sigur in magazinele de cake design sau farmacii
