    Last year was particularly tough for all of us. We may be feeling stressed,
    anxious, exhausted, tired, spent, worried, or fearful.
    Breathing techniques and meditation can help us face these challenges,
    and sail through the tough times with a sense of calm & balance. The talk
    is about specific breathing techniques and practices that are evidence-based
    and have provided support and relief to millions of people worldwide.

    Bios:
    Reena Mittal is a psychotherapist (MFT) and a career counselor in San Diego CA since 2010. She specializes in issues such as anxiety, depression, career transitions, childhood trauma, and more. Reena has been practicing a specific breathing technique (SKY Breath Meditation) since 2013. It has resulted in a profound transformation in both her career and personal life. She voluntarily enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge about the power of breath and the Sky Breath Meditation program so others also have a chance to experience the same inner joy and peace.
    Aditi Chawla is a clinical genomics professional and has worked in the field of precision medicine and genome sequencing for over two decades. Aditi holds a Ph.D. from University of California, San Diego and currently works full time as a staff scientist at Illumina, Inc, where she is passionate about providing a genetic diagnosis for patients with rare disease. She was first introduced to the SKY Breath Meditation in graduate school and very soon saw the profound benefit of the breathwork and meditation practices in her daily life. Inspired by her own experience and spirit to volunteer, she went on to become a SKY Breath teacher. She enjoys sharing the practice with others and has taught people from all walks of life. She continues to inspire others to live life simply and with joy!
