It means that somebody who was inside the house on that day stole his phone for whatever reason & left it back there after realizing its an IPHONE & it can be traced.

But they need to explain as to why the shooter was said to have dreadlocks but in the dock he is accused number 3 How and why don't we have transcripts of the call?
You can’t get that from the network operator, what’s recorded for each voice call is metadata such as time of call, duration and phone numbers involved.
To get transcripts, it would have to been a sting operation with active and intentional recording and the presence of a court order. The only thing that can happen now is for the advocates to use their skills to get accused 5 to sing like a bird.

You can use the information to get a court order to access bank statements , life policy information, you can get additional information such as pinging cellphone tower ithat can prove that Kelly and accused 5 perhaps have met in the same location prior to the murder date, basically anything that connects Kelly and the accused 5. Remember you can be convicted based on circumstantial evidence if strong enough.

The calls would not have been recorded. They can just say between which phones, about where they were & how long the calls were. They cannot even proof who made the calls just whose phone was used to call.
