I've just seen a Siser video of this stuff, and have seen some reviews, that said the color ran, when it got wet...like a rain drop, or a bunch of rain. I'm wondering how this holds up with washing, i.e. fading, running, staining other things, etc. Also, I wonder if you can use the Cricut transfer tape, rather than the TTP (or whatever it's called).
I’ve tried this product a couple of times and I’m terribly disappointed with how it performs after washing. It just crinkles and cracks after one washing. If anyone has any idea what I’m doing wrong I’d love to know because otherwise this product is brilliant. But if it can’t stand up to one wash it’s useless
I like the Siser DTV but all the weeding isn't that good. All of the image doesn't adhere to the mat. Hopefully they will improve that until them I'm going to try Tech wrap.
The curling of the DTV can be fixed if you press your heat press up, close it with nothing in it, open it and lay the DTV down on the bottom. It flattens it down and makes putting the transfer mask way easier without any curling!
So in your opinion is this better and more durable then using printable heat transfer paper? I have not had good luck with printable heat transfer paper so I’m really thinking of trying this.

So cute! How well does the product launder? Does it hold up well enough to use on shirts you’d want to sell?
It will bleed, crack, fade and lift. I wouldn't sell any products with this on it.

I love your channel. Question, so the inkjet ink used with this is “sublimating” it? And it holds up during washes?
No. It’s just normal ink. It’s just like normal vinyl that’s able to be printed on but it’s way thinner and much better quality. I love it.
