Thanks this is what I wanted to know. I have read about people immersing PCB in isopropyl alcohol and in some cases dishwasher liquid. I will give it a try.

Yes, but afterward, you got to make sure it's super dry, so let it dry

Yes it a risk but you need to make it completely dry before connect to power
