8:17 - 8:45 is the best part imho. Handling power supplies is only dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. So for some people its better they leave the power supply alone. As shown here its perfectly fine. The only thing I would do different is: I would've at least partly disassemble it first to see better whats going on inside and wouldn't've throw the fans into the ultra sonic cleaner. Their might be ball bearings in them which are not happy without some grease and geting new grease in them is more work than cleaning them with a cloth. I don't know but I guess Greg wouldn't've been sued for showing how to wash your power supply on his channel if someone is going to be hurt doing so...

Something to keep in mind is that the power supply tester simply verifies that the power supply is still working and putting out the correct voltages. It doesn't forecast power supply health so a PSU that tests good a month ago could fail in a month due to capacitors already being on the way out.
A PSU with bad caps may already show some signs of voltage regulation issues so although you are correct, it should mean the PSU should be pretty healthy at that point. Bad caps usually fail fairly slowly before they finally pop, so you'd see some bad voltage a fair way out.

There is NO WAY that I would do that type of cleaning with a PSU or fans. Some PSUs have cardboard or paper in them to direct airflow and as part of the transformers. A lot of PC fans also have unsealed bearings, if you get water in them it can significantly reduce their life. The other stuff is fine as long as you dry it out.
Also, don't just blast fans with compressed air like this, always prevent the blades from spinning when cleaning them. It harms the bearings, and since a motor can act as an generator, it can induce voltage which can damage the motors elecronic or whatever it is attached to. I always lock them in place with toothpicks.
