3:40 You can move corner above its slot and do F R U R' U' F' to make a pair and do R U' R' to insert it.

This can be used for multislotting and influencing other pairs to prevent worst cases (e.g. when you have a solved corner in the bottom right slot and an edge piece in U face. It'll end up being a much better case if you do R'FRUF' for the first pair)

Hey jay do u ever get a pain or pulling sensation in ur left hand thumb area, where the base of the thumb meets the wrist? (in terms of cubing related pain obviously) I’ve been having a pain there for a while now and don’t know if it’s just me

take a break from cubing, some people have serious injuries from stuff like that, just stop cubing for a few days let it heal

Yeah, I realised near the end of the video that L' U L U L' U' L has a few benefits over R U' R2' F R U F'
Actually during a lot of the video I was able to flesh out my thoughts on this trick more and came to a few nice conclusions
R U2' R2' F R U F' and R U R2' F R U F' are probably the only variants of this that I'll keep using

Gonna be honest .... It's a bit trash(for me atleast)

If you can't fingertrick the U turn with left index push then this trick is pretty much worthless
I would recommend learning how to do that fingertrick even if you don't like these tricks however
You also might be a lot better at lefty turning than most right hand dominant solvers
