Stop competitive exams. They memorize even IQ papers, making less and less creative people prosper.
PM says that we have the highest number of government servants in this country. These government servants are a liability than an asset. Their contribution to the economy is minimal, if not negative. For this situation all politicians from the time of independence are responsible for giving political appointments without considering economic fallout. During Chandrika's time excessive numbers of political appointments were given in the Petroleum, Electricity Board, etc doubling the workforce. Even some ministers in the present government are continuing this policy.
