I actually have this mic, had it for 5years. Really good mic. Still have it , still working as I Record my music. Very strong mic Cheap. Yes. But it’s been getting the job done! 💪🏾
Phantom power is 48V. This microphone uses 5V from a USB connection for power. I think that 48V might destroy this microphone, but at just $10, it might be worth it to find out. I just haven't done it YET.
@@ThriftyAV man, I know it's a kind of dumb request maybe kkkk but would you like to test and tell me what happens? maybe render a cool video for your channel. Here in my country I paid $ 120 which should give about 30 $, to you it seems little but for our economy is even enough, and I would not want to lose him testing it. so I am asking you, because it was the only channel I saw thinking of plugging it into a phantom. thanks in advance for the answer and congratulations for the work ❤
They meant mics used with Karaoke, so saying their mics were used during the explosion of the industry on UA-cam or online. You do see a lot of people using these mics in their UA-cam singing videos. :)

In a later video, I ran phantom power into it to see what might happen. I thought it might blow up some of the electronics in it, but no such drama.

Their "K song" blurb didn't make a lot of sense.
Chinese instructions are sometime a curious read...

@@AmoristEclectic Ah, ok. Thanks
This is a good choice for this purpose, low cost and sounds decent.
