I guess not. But there are a bunch of LED Switchback kits that I've seen on Ebay that work essentially the same.

Using 3M Double sided emblem tape.

It seems they are powered by the fog light circuitry, as they didn't operated with the turn signal alone at the end of the vid. Is this how they were wired?

They were wired to the parking light and turn signal wires.

And the 3m holds up at high speed?

Yeah, I've had no issues with the 3M at high speeds. After almost a year, they are still attached.

The LED sequence was done by a control box as part of the kit I bought. All I had to do was wire up two wires... parking light and turn signal.
