Yes mam I’m on it tomorrow eve too thank you! I’m an old Corps snare drummer. Im an industrial hvac man have been for almost 25 years now. We was walking by one of the bigger schools having band practice here in Alabama. One of the other guys that knows I play. As we were walking by the drumline and they were between sessions about to come together as an ensemble. My partner asked me he you used to do this stuff right. One of the snare drummers leaned over and handed me his sticks and said show us what ya got pops. I said I’m rusty guys idk. I played the blue devils flam excercise with inverted flams, followed by a surprisingly clean old school ditty. It was dead quite and I handed him his sticks back and asked if I did good. It erupted into ooooohhhhhh and clapping and giggles. Their director said there was a lesson there guys.
