i love your tutorial
can you please tell me what kind of fondant you use for making sugar flowers? the renshaw brand from my local supermarket didnt work very well for me
it was sticky and didnt dry up

I usually use Renshaws flower and modelling paste, I use plenty of trex with it to stop it sticking :)
