Speech on Central African Republic by the Mufti of Rwanda, Ibrahim Kayitare

Speaking at the launch of the Global Centre for Humanity, an international institute established by the Aegis Trust on the 10th anniversary of the Kigali Genocide Memorial, Sheikh Ibrahim Kayitare, the Mufti of Rwanda, draws parallels between Rwanda's experience of genocide in 1994 and events in the Central African Republic, outlining the intention of both Christian and Muslim faith leaders in Rwanda to work with their counterparts in CAR for peace.
