The Jewellery Workshop maybe try a gold and silver ring. Basically what you did in this video except with gold instead of copper.
This man is a Beast! Unrefined technique like a ploughhorse, but effective like a horseshoe blacksmith. Never give the material too much respect, dominate it!

Just one of those things that I’ve been doing most of my life. Lol
Precision? He made the ring too small because he didn’t calculate how much length he needed to make the size he wanted and so he needed to use the widener, threatening to split the solder seam in the process. You have no clue about craftsmanship
