I had these on a fastrac with these but wired them up to play each tone separately like an actual train dose so I could play my own tunes on it. I bought one for my FM but the solenoids came out of them and ruined them. Will say they weren't bought from you though so not your fault. If you wire them up the wrong way around both tones go off together that sounds pretty good
I'm confused. Why is auk company selling horns that are illegal to have in the UK? The horn tones must start and end at the same time, not be strident.
Ifyou set it up so Both little compressor switchs open at the same time they will go off at the same time or if you just connect both horns together with like a T connection from the compressor they will go off at the same time. You have to remove or bypass the switch which is switching them back and forth.
I just got this horn for my bmw e91 and it is extremely loud!! At just 35psi it is just as loud as a normal Scania air horn. I haven’t tried it at 100psi yet because It is scary loud. xD
lookslike they culd be a good addition to a burglar alarm in a shop. Hear that thing blasting off in a small enclosed area would be too painful to bare
Very good loud horn, but unfortunately after a week of being fitted the larger trumpet came unscrewed and lost on the London farmers rally this weekend so be aware thay need some kind of thread lock, otherwise a very good horn
No not very easily, youd need an air system and a power supply to drive it. You could mount an air tank which you charge up (with air) at home using a compressor but this would limit the use to at most a few blows.
pretty sure it comes with it's own compressors that's what the solenoids on top are for and the wires coming off, so it's just 12v or 24v or what ever.
I always maintain a large following distance on the hwy, and my car is modified and priceless(TO ME !).. Would love this for all those assholes that cut me off at 1/4 car length.
Go to 4:20 your welcome
Nice
Trucker Tim had those on his old truck he has new ones know well done guys congrats

How do you wire them wrong do you do negative to positive etc
Any chance I could attach these to my bicycle?
Yap Just carry a Battery and an airtank With you
I think if you attach it to your bike that cars will not honk on you xdd bcs if they did you will kill them with that
Need to get a couple of these for each truck in Ottawa and blast them non-stop at the same time.
Run the wires the other way around it fires both together for a real hatchback hearding noise
what do you mean by the other way round? neg to pos?
@@joemorris22 yea run the +ve to the -ve and -ve to the +ve on the air horns
This would be handy when someone has one of those highway protests.
Sounds like the Westinghouse horns used in the Class 15, 31 and 86
Got tones from an 86 a few hours ago, can confirm these do sound kind of similar
Think I'll stick with the two tone horns I got from a scrap locomotive
SKIP TO 4:20
I always do!

0-0 holy I’m glad that train doesn’t
go by my neighborhood
Sounds a wee bit like a Class 31, are they Westinghouse style horns?
How can you get just 1 tone sound out of these please? I got given some buy a guy in work to fit to my truck but i dont want the neenaw sound. Thanks
Hi Steve, you'll need to re-wire it so the solenoids go off at the same time. I hope this helps! ☺

I have a pair but sometimes they go off together.
Can you connect them to a switch or just air brakes
Wish I could put this on my Prius.
Don’t let your dreams be dreams

Can you configure them to sound together instead of neenaw sound?
Yes you can, but you’d need to rewire them 😊

Oh shit, I'm bout ta get run over by a loose TGV!!!

How much air pressure do I need, can I use the existing 24v air pump on my boat?
Can they stop & Start mid play or have to let them run the full duration?
They use kockum sonics MKT 75 370 HZ & 660 HZ
370Hz together with 660Hz tone is Standard for Trains in EU.

Sounds like an old 1950's police wagon coming to throw me in the clinker.
I prefer the 3 and 4 tone horn sound of EMD and GE diesel locomotives.
Do you sell this horn as a full set up with conpreser and wires
Could I put this on my push bike ?
No not very easily, youd need an air system and a power supply to drive it.
You could mount an air tank which you charge up (with air) at home using a compressor but this would limit the use to at most a few blows.
Unfortunately that's not something we could help with. Sorry for any inconvenience.
I've got a pair good quality and fun 👍
Any videos of these running together without the née noor tune?
Unfortunately we haven't got a video of them running without it, but this is something we can look into!
Do these air horns work with tractors?
Yes, if you have a compressor or something else for the air
pretty sure it comes with it's own compressors that's what the solenoids on top are for and the wires coming off, so it's just 12v or 24v or what ever.
Will they pass psv test as replacement horn .
Sure they will 🤣
USA train horns are limited to 110 dB by the FRA.
My car horn is that loud. Are you sure train horns aren’t much louder?
who cares about the usa
Anticlimactic. The sound doesn't real shine on video. The explanation was the highlight.

Only want to have the air horn but I don't have enough money
Will they run simultaneously?
What’s the wiring diagram to run them together and switch to 2 tone
Hi, can they be fitted in a car?
Yep
Would it fit in a vw polo?
@@doms6741 Probably would fit in the boot. I want some for my 1 series
120 Decibels
Thank Trump it's Friday?
It’s a tritone F# to C
Deff not the 175 your talking about
I want one please
You can purchase them over on our website!😊
cars need compressor to run on 12v.
Awesome horns but they are to loud
Sure will clear the protesters, and people blocking the road.
That’s kind of the point
@@rsxxboxfanatic LOL, that is the entire reason I ended up on this video.
Pretty sure that's the point
Too loud they are not, too cool they are!!!
Bad boring soud
You've never seen a Leslie RS5T have you? Definitely louder than that 2 bell crap.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Make a dog happy fix a cat donate to a local not for profit animal rescue near you
Better yet. Tie a cat to the front end of the horn and blast it to watch the cat’s reaction🤣
Will it run on 12v to fit in a car?
Hi, yes it's 12v so it would work but you would need to find an air supply to allow it to work inside a car. I hope this helps.
