Part of a song I’m working on for Shema Koleinu, the 16th blessing of the Amidah, the central prayer in Judaism
This prayer, an earnest appeal for mercy and forgiveness, reflects the deep understanding of human vulnerability and the yearning for God’s compassionate embrace. At its core, “Shema Koleinu” represents a humble request for God to hear the prayers of people.
