I very been struggling lately with working out and eating healthy I very gained 3 kg in a short amount of time ,isay I ll start all over again ...then school and studies ruin everything in my life I hate everything now I feel so hopeless ...I study nothing and I m going back to the start I did lose 10 kg and managed to maintain it for 2 years now I m going back again ..?
she's eating what's needed for her body. If you have a higher bmi you'd be used to eating more to maintain that weight. and you probably need to eat more protein.
