I’ve had nasal valve collapse for a long time. First surgery: deviated septum corrected. Second non surgical procedure: Vivare
Third; Surgery J-Flap/ Nasal Cartilage Graft.
They all definitely help. But I’m still having some nasal valve collapse and breathing issues thru my nose. I have to use nasal sprays and a Turbine Sport nasal dilator to breathe normally.
I’m going to check back with my ENT who did my J-flap surgery 5/18/22 to see if any other options are available. I can’t live like this having issues with airflow that results in lack of air sleeping, daily life, sports, narcolepsy, and headaches.

Another good way to get rid of a stuffy nose is to buy a vapor inhaler it’s cheep and it’s works fast 💨 you inhale it threw your nose 👃
