V8 made this car turn like shit & I don't regret selling it. Then I tried Forged 1.3 Wankel, track tyres, track suspension, full steering sensitivity & downforce. This car low key agile as a track car.
I feel so dumb. I applied this setup to my RX-7 and my Silvia. My drifts got 100x better and I haven’t even applied the ultimate+’s yet. 😅 130-150k drifts at the abandoned race track behind the safehouse. Awesome suggestion and great content, man. Keep it up!!

This rx 7 made that possible me and my boy are the best time. Can't thank you enough for the content you make.
They need to release a pro street 2 there was way more modifications and options available in it. For me it was a proper racing game with aerodynamics, engine tuning, suspension etc.

Yeah, sure you get a big score, but the cost is the handling, that thing slides around worse than butter on oil, and makes it a hell of a lot harder to keep from sliding out
That Forged Rotary, isn't a 3 or 4 rotor kit, isn't it? Instead of piston swapping a Rotary vehicle, isn't more common to just add more rotors? If a V8 can fit, then a 3 or 4 rotor engine can absolutely fit. If the best Wankel in the game, is still a 2 rotor, then the Devs really, really effed up. Blame EA.

If the best you could do on hairpin smoke drift track was 148k (from what i see in the video), i can't take your drift setup seriously. I think the car would do much better with a 4 or 5 gear since you'd want higher rpm when drifting also unless the drift track is really tight and barred by unbreakable limiters ( like the containers and concrete walls) showcase differential and suspension would be a better way to go about it. Everything else seems pretty legit, i salute the effort u went through.
I spent all of 20 minutes drifting around with this car and did not attempt to max out my score. What I was trying to establish was a good drift build that made the car nimble, controllable, score well and sustain drifts. With a rear wheel drive car like this the Speedcross suspension, drag tire and drift differential setup is usually adequate. I’m by no means a pro drifter so if you’re looking for “high score” advice I’m maybe not the right guy (yet). I also don’t use a manual transmission so the gearbox is really kinda irrelevant. I’ve tested it every which way and it doesn’t seem to matter much in this game because it’s not super realistic. For a manual transmission driver you’re right, the 4 or 5 speed would be better for sure. That being said I appreciate the feedback. Happy gaming!

still can’t understand why EA get all wrong with JDM altérnate motors FH offers V8 V/I6 and I4 for any car and rotary dual or quad for any mazda but the lack of a proper nissan I6 for the 73 GTR and 240z annoyed me same with Honda unable to swap for another Honda motor the RSX civic or NSX despite being STD motors for cars ingame lmao i can get a V8 for a drift build but for a track build the dorito eats any other motor

EA could have made a 4 rotor swap for the RX7 and everyone can be like Rob Dham. Ya EA need to also give us AWD swaps for the RX7 to be true Rob Dham. The RX7 was the go to car for drift in previous games esp Prostreet. And the RX7 gained iconic status in Tokyo Drift as Han's crazy Veilside RX7.
Looking at 4:03. Never seen Aardvark, never tried Aardvark, just started last week with NFS Heat. Wanted to see what I will get with my first run ever on this map with RSR max tuned. AAAAAAAND its 4:22:xx xD EDIT: 4:13:54 on second try, I really need to connect up to people to get benchmark times in my friends leaderboard ^^
The Nissan 180sx is very good and one of the best if not the best for offroading but as soon as you reach level 16 you unlock the RSR which is the best car in the game for track racing but if you stay with the 180sx you will be just fine
I only recently bought this on special for Xbox (I am mostly a PC gamer) and was in two minds about buying it at this stage considering EA's decisions and some of the general mixed feedback about the game in the community... I have now had it a week and I am so not regretting getting it. Having a content creator such as yourself that continues to support the game consistently really helps as well and wanted to thank you for that. Keep up the good work.
