    Amazing how it takes half the time of these dreambuilds and more just to thread wires and hoses through the frame.

    Nice bike build man. I bought the same model with a mechanical ultegra in a local bike shop last week and also let them upgrade the handlebar to the roval rapide one 😄 mine came with black tires so I was wondering if the orange ones would fit the bike, your video gave me an answer! Happy riding 🙌🏻

    Film petarda! Mógłbym robić taką robotę😍😍😍.
    Mam kilka pytań:
    - Który łańcuch wykorzystałeś?
    - czy przy przedniej przerzutce udało Ci się skutecznie zainstalować przewód wraz z tą kątową maskownica? (U mnie coś nie było stabilnego połączenia - narazie mam bez tego, Ale muszę jeszcze spróbować to poprawić.
    Ogólnie build na miarę zachodnich - sztos!
    Pozdrawiam

    • @dreamvelo3210
      @dreamvelo3210  2 роки тому +2

      Dziękuję, bardzo mi miło! ☺ Łańcuch Shimano CN-M8100. Tak, maskownica siedzi stabilnie, spróbuj ją założyć praktycznie na końcu, jest tam taki rowek na wtyczkę przewodu. Wtyczka idzie prosto do gniazda, a przewód w środku maskownicy pod kątem 90 stopni schodzi w dół. Daj znać czy się udało. Pozdrawiam!

      @@dreamvelo3210 już próbowałem na dwa sposoby czyli najpierw wcisnąć przewód - wtedy nie umiem założyć tej maskownicy.
      Jedynie w kolejności (zakładam ze ta jest właściwa): maskownica na przewód następnie toolem dociskam ale połączenie jest niestabilne. :/

    The SL7 is an amazing bike. And, your video shows, in great detail, how complicated it is to build a bike with Di2 and integrated cables. The 17 min video represents more like 7 hours of work. It is modern technology, I suppose. Still, Sram etap is easier to install and external stem routing lightyears faster to set up and live with. It sure is sweet once you get the SL7 all together. You can't argue with that!

    • @dreamvelo3210
      @dreamvelo3210  2 роки тому +1

      It was actually more than 7 hours 😅! My previous bike, Specialized Roubaix was on Sram Red AXS and I agree, it was easier to build. However, comparing to 11 speed Di2, new generation is a great progress anyway. No junctions, less wiring etc. Thanks for your comment ✌️

    RD in time 11:03 in much different angle on dropout than in time 15:03. How did you solve that? I mean there is that stopper "ear" on dropout... It means in 15:03 not touching the "ear" and just torqued? Or did you change dropout?

    • @dreamvelo3210
      @dreamvelo3210  2 роки тому

      Hey Ondrej, not sure if I understood the question correctly but it’s the chain that gives tension to the derailleur and put’s it in a different angle at 15:03. I didn’t make any other adjustments, it’s all documented step by step. Hope that helps 😊

    Hello. Very good video.
    A question. The brake caliper is directly on the fork. - Without an adapter and the screws fit? And at the back the R160 adapter was used. Otherwise you can only use 140's? Do the screws that come with the adapter fit or do you need additional screws? Thanks.

    • @dreamvelo3210
      @dreamvelo3210  2 роки тому

      Thanks! 😊 both brake calipers have adapters, the front one came originally with the set, the rear one I had to buy separately to fit 160 mm rotors as caliper alone only fits 140 mm. The front screw were a good fit, rear ones were too long, so had to use shorter ones. Hope that answers the question.

    This bike was really easy to assemble ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

    Anyone know if there is a way to stop cross chaining on the new 12sp groupsets? The previous gen had limiter on the rear derailleur to not move to the 2 lowest cogs while in the smaller front ring but the new one doesn't and I can't find a setting for it in the app
