Nice to see your devotion towards spirituality. Kundalini Shakti is such a secret that no professional guru will be able to tell the art of awakening and what is told is incomplete knowledge, my guru who lives somewhere in the Himalayas, under whose instructions from childhood I learned how with Mahabandha and many postures. With the recitation of Beej Mantras, Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi are stabilized and the movement of life in Shushumna leads to agitation in Kundalini Mahashakti, but without a true Guru this process can also drive mad.
