I like where Furitek is going w this. A SUGGESTION: Place the Rear Steer on a slider/dial next to left thumb so you can steer both front and rear independently at the same time. Active all the time. As opposed to having to be in a specific mode via a switch. Kinda like what you are doing w the GT5 but more ergonomic. In fact, you could move the rear steer dial/pot on your GT5 to a more accessible location. Also could mod a small tab on the dial as well, so you could move it w your thumb.
Yes! I totally agree. I just started running the flysky noble a lot for 4ws and it works great because it has a dial next to your thumb that holds the controller. I’m not a fan of switching modes for 4ws. Much rather run it on a dial and it be active all the time.
Oh hell yea ! Furitek , if they do this right, will take over the North American market for best upgrade for the SCX 24 !! Too bad it hasn't shipped in time for the holidays !!Happy thanksgiving, hope you get the family time in
Thats legit! Tbh- i have always felt like controllers were too big. I wouldnt mind running my favorite 24 and my trailwalker on the same micro controller. Furitek seems to be KILLING it!
I am waiting for a remote that has two steering wheels. The front steering would be the main (inner) wheel and the rear steering would be the bigger (outter) wheel. So...in another words it would be a steering wheel inside a steering wheel. It would have a way to quickly lock the two together for 4ws. Now, that will be an amazing remote.
It would depend on price and if they make the rear steer options easier to use. I need to upgrade my transmitter only for the rear steer. Can't center the rear on the stock transmitter

Hey Matt 👋 I just bought the FS-GT5 and know nothing about it lol . 😆 and I'm in the middle of another build. I'm going to use the reciver that came with it and a furitek ESC the new lizard 🦎 .... I'm hoping you could answer just a couple questions for me . 1st question, can I turn the lights on and off from the controller ? like I did with the stock scx24 controller. With that little circuit board and plugged into aux . If so how do I do it lol . And 2nd question how hard is it to sink up with furitek lizard 🦎? Please get back to me if you get this message. Thanks happy Thanksgiving just a little late .
You can turn the lights off and on if you have one of the switches from Amazon like I usually recommend. I always use the ch3 switch on the gt5 for that. It’s so easy to switch on and off at any point. You’ll plug the switch into ch3 on the receiver and the lights into the switch. It should be super easy to use with the lizard. Just like the stock setup I’d go calibrate it in the settings and then you should be set! Let me know if ya need anything else. I’ll try my best to help.

There are similar receivers available for the Noble, the Flysky GMR (I use those a lot) and DasMikro AFHDS3.
