There are so many click-bait pages like this run by people with no recognised nutritional or dietary science qualifications ( none that can be found, anyway).
How do bananas cause cancer? This is just pathetic scaremongering. Been eating bananas with muesli milk, and other fruits for decades. Never have digestive problems from them
These pseudo-science nutritional pages can be dangerous.
Best ignore this type of advice and go to a good , qualified nutritionist for advice.
How is it that nobody ever mentions the cancer risks of bacon and sausages and other cured meats?. They usually contain known carcinogenic risk chemicals like nitrates and nitrites. Could the meat and dairy big business be behind these " don't eat grains, fruit, beans, bananas, oat milk, nuts, anything but meat"" pages?

I cut milk out of my diet due to prostate issues. This is an interesting video . I have a friend who has diabetes but doesn’t eat certain fruits because of the sugar, yet has to take diabetes and blood pressure medicine but doesn’t eat fruits like grapefruit because it messes with the blood pressure medicine. Most foods good for the prostate are good for the heart. Who eats bananas and sweet potatoes together, that’s different. Cabbage and bananas??? More strange than sweet potatoes and bananas. This is one of the strangest, yet most interesting food videos I’ve ever seen . I think I’ll just go eat a banana.
