For me, this is my favorite Dvorak symphony, and this performance doesn't disappoint me. Great pacing and melodic line clarity. Heartfelt emotional tug in the 2nd movement. Bravo.

It's amazing, indeed! My favorite is the New World Symphony (nº9) ! :)

Hart Bedoya no sera Karajan pero esta version es, sorprendentemente buena . Prolija, meticulosa en todos sus detalles. Muy buena actuacion de la orquesta de la RTVE y sobretodo del director.

Not enough dynamic contrast sadly for a performance that is otherwise tight and together. It is slightly over-recorded - not always easy to pick out the horn passages early on.
