Join us, Daphne and Ian, as we embark on our new chateau renovation projects! This week, Benoit and Vincent help us finally complete our bathroom project! After many months of hard work, we are happy to reveal the completed project! We hope you like it too!
Our "beau chateau" (The 500-year-old, Chateau De Lesigny), is located near Paris, France. Most of the structures around the chateau domain need a full restoration, so we are investing everything we have into making the property thrive! We are learning more about french culture and developing new skills along the way!
As a French/American UC Berkeley graduate in Agriculture (Daphne), and a U.S. Air Force Tactical Response Force Veteran/ Kinesiologist (Ian), we share a love for challenges and adventure. We have a long road ahead of us and we are excited to share the experience with you!

You are just what I needed on this cold northern Michigan day! The bath looks great. I agree that the sloped pony wall works much better than a straight half wall would have. I also noticed in the drone shot at the start of the video that Ian has the moat walls cleaned up so nicely! Thanks for the video, I'll anxiously await the next one!

It turned out so beautifully. Maybe you don’t show the grumpy sides on camera, but you seem like you both have such grace and humor in less than ideal situations.
Sometimes we keep the grumpy sides in camera because even after the grumpy is past, we try to laugh at ourselves and not be too stressed about the small things.

The big blue Marmor tiles r awesome! Maybe u will reconsider their usage…but if not, there are list of cool aquamarine Spanish tiles worth ur choice!
