Im never fooled by 'low miles'. This usually means the engine never got hot enough and/or was driven by an elderly person so expect blocked EGR valves etc and lots of scuffs and kerbing like this one. Same goes for 'lady owner'...in other words, carelessly driven and no responsibility for maintenance of even topping up the washer bottle..also expect scratches inside the screen where rings have cut into the glass whilst wiping away mist and ring scratches on the wheel and gear stick.
at least slight exaggeration of the profiling, lol! True of risk for low miles but that can be checked out, by boroscoping engine or even removing oil pan if necessary , if a car is not cheap, since something like this could ask 7-12K$ perhaps!
I just bought an '04 with quite a few more miles on it. And I thought the headlamp covers were glass; GLAD that you confirmed my observation!
