MerCruiser Bell Housing Replacement 41646A9 to 8M0119239

Save money by replacing old bell housing 41646A9 to 8M0119239 which is newer and much cheaper. Requires new 'design 3' water inlet hose and blue connector which also improves cooling water flow.

Chris, what is the part number of that blue connector kit? Mercury doesnt even know…

Hi Chris, I have both the through hull inlet and the leg pick up. The leg pick up is giving grief as shown in your video. I was thinking of doing away with it and use the Block Off Kit-Water Passage p/n 818304A 1. Which essentially blocks the connection at the transom. Any thoughts.
