I have episodes of extreme anxiety, dizziness, sweating and increased heart rate if I eat a meal in the afternoon. It never happens after I eat breakfast or after dinner. Only in the afternoon. Are these symptoms explainable?

My Sr. Thyroxine (T4) level - 11.03 ug /dl reference range being 4.8-11.7 Is it Possible have an overactive Thyroid as my T4 level is near the high ? My T3 & TSH is normal.. Please do reply..
Thyroid hormone can increase cutaneous blood flow and act on the skin, hair, and nails to stimulate hair and nail growth. As a result, hair loss is typically associated with hypothyroidism but can be seen in hyperthyroidism as well. Put simply, too little or too much thyroid hormone can essentially "shock the system". Fun fact: Cats tend to develop hypERthyroidism, whereas dogs tend towards hypOthyroidism.
