Turning 1 Palehorse Mold into 2!

- Wanna save some money? Well here is a trick for you.
This is how I turn a @sigsauerinc P365xl with tlr7 sub light mold into a 365 tlr7 sub mold.
This Process only works for like sized pistols. For example if you buy a @GlockIncSmyrna 17 mold, you can shave it to a Glock 19 mold. All you have to decide is if its worth it to spend the few hours on making your own holster.
But here is the entire process, from start to finish and you know what? Im going to give this holster away! So if you have a Sig P365, 365x, or 365 sas, with a tlr7 sub, this will work for you, made to be an iwb Right handed holster in plain black .08 kydex.
Comment if youd like it.

Cool package, like swag shirt, enjoy. As always I enjoy watching your videos and learning something everyday. Happy holidays
As always great vid with lots of info. Thanks.
thanks for the support!
I just bought the resin. I hope it can withstand multiple pulls without warping. Can’t wait to try it.
I have resin molds still holding up years later. Once they become soft after many presses, let then cool.
Great video!!!
You are a wealth of knowledge… thank you for sharing. Also pretty cool to know you are right next door… I live in Maine.
My wife has a sig 365 and we have been looking for a holster. (Wink-wink)
I do a ton of 365s! I also travel with my laser to most of the Maine gun shows!
Been doing pretty much that for a few years now. Except I buy unblocked molds and throw my own blocking on it. Great video though let us know how that trim jig you poured turns out.
You may be able to use a sharp wool chisel to shave that bump down without cutting into the mold.
I actually have a cnc now to cut these flat!
Hello Faltac, I admire your work on kydex. How do you create your first pistol palehorse? Did you make a video on it? Could you make a video on creating a non-existent palehorse? Thank you for your videos
End mill bits on a drill press work great for grinding off those spots. Be careful though...I've gotten "bit" trying to rush.
Oh I agree. I have done such!
Happy New Year
Eu fico impressionado a cada vídeo seu é um espetáculo a parte show de bola parabéns 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Lmao the puppy popped around the corner like "wtf is wrong with the human" !!
Bahahahaha right?!
He'll yeah man
Been wanting to try that light on my 365xl
It's a nice light for sure
Send it over I have a 365...haha
I thought of something I’d like to see a video on, and that’s a hybrid holster. I don’t believe you’ve done one yet, but it’d be saweeet!
You're right! I have done it in my prior youtube days. Should do another
@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC Have you done one on this channel? Or you mean an old channel? Either way, I'll be on the lookout. I'm blown away by Black Arch Holsters version of the hybrid. The way the kydex so cleanly covers the entire trigger guard.
Ok, so I made my first mold with that resin today. It came out good but two things. First I noticed that when you use your torch to pop the bubbles, it stayed like liquid. When I did mine, it already started to turn the cream color and I just quickly went over the top. Second, when I tried to make my first holster, it’s almost like it shrank up. It was way too tight and wouldn’t fit the trim jig. Not sure what went wrong. Maybe mix wrong but I did 10oz and 10oz like your video just to be sure it was right. Have any ideas what could have happened?
Is there a reason you choose non-membrane over membrane forming? The membrane would keep you from having to drill all the holes. I do both and lately I've been likely membrane a lot more. It saves me a ton of material too.
Membrane doesn't get as good of definition with some molds.
How to make a mold for any gun holster
I take it those castings have been holding up well for you? Ive been wanting to start making my own molds as well. My big question is after you're molding on the split do you have the actual mold gun that you're bending the shell around?
Holding up good yes. And I bend around a multimolds or a blue gun
@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC might have to order some shells from you here soon while I try and scale up
Can rc3 black be used as a substitute? Amazon carries is free shipping for the gallon but not the tan
Black is the same. Just with dye...
I’d love to have the holster😁
send me an email to faltacunlimmited@yahoo.com. ill need shipping info. its yours!
What kinda mount blocking did you shave off toward the muzzle?
Rcs for j hooks
Is there any disadvantage to having the Fomi blocking on both sides of the holster? Any complaints or issues?
Never had a complaint. Just makes it ambi.
Hello, do you know where could I buy molds in europe? Thank you for your time! I enjoy watching your videos and you are responsible for my first ever kydex holster :)
Palehorseconcealment.com ships overseas. And so does holstersmith.com
@@FalTacUnlimitedLLC Thank you
Hola haces envíos internacionales
Why not just keep it at XL length since the light already makes it long?
i wanted one that fit the 365 length
I want to start doing this for molds and trims. You think vac25 will work?
I use vac 25 and vac 50 as well. Those don't heat up just take longer
Sir, where i can buy the press machine and the plastic sheet?
Search heat press on amazon
Still don't get how you find the time to do so much.... Definately not enough time in my day. 👍
man i wish there was more time in the day. but i barely sleep so i make the most of it
In your other vid you said you use a 1/8 drill bit
Yes I did until I found a smaller set that fit in my chuck. 1/8 work just as well. But I wanted smaller.
Thanks for the clarification you have help me out a lot in figuring out how to make holsters
And I hope you have a prosperous year my friend!
