At the end of the day, this Faze teaches us that. the most valuable player/role in the game is the IGL. no matter how good you are as a Fragger. if you're 3 stacking fraggers is not going to end up well in the end. When it comes to the High play matches, you're not playing Apex anymore. it's turn out to be a chess game. It's really cool watching Hal, Sweet, Noc, etc perfectly reading their opponent's next step.

i was so excited for this team as im a huge Snipe fan so i tuned in for everything they did but this team just never seemed to work, Alb never was confident as an IGL and looked in over his head, and as a trio they NEVER won clean 3v3s they always lost them and i knew it wasnt going to work out at that point, and the coms were always messy just dont think ALB can be the player he thinks he is
man the fact you have clips to explain every single one of your points is just amazing, i loved this video, one of the best apex vids ive seen lately, and the lenght was PERFECT for me
I dont even think Albralelie has the traids of a IGL . He has no consideration of the team as a unit and only thinks of him self in isolation . I think Slurp just got so much pressure on him and is confused what the plane even is that when it matters its like a zone out moment .
This played out exactly as described in the Reddit Post "FaZe Apex Fandom thread (PREMIUM analysis inside)" "All 3 players are tremendously talented and the potential upside of the team is as high as Zach's hairline. In an ideal result, Mac's creativity and unique gamesense will allow them to make galaxy brain, unpredictable plays, being executed by 2 of the best controller players in the game. The potential for danger, is that Mac fails to articulate a 50 step plan in 0.5 seconds, so snip3 just starts fucking dudes and slurpeeg spins in circles with his wingman trying to figure out what hes supposed to be doing."
I come from Overwatch and never played Apex much. But the team comms and dynamics are vastly different and so interesting. This game is very tactical and the learning curve is also crazy steep. Enjoying all the content so far!
Welcome to Apex! Hope my videos can help you come to love the esport side of it just as much as I do. For the sake of clarification, 99% of teams comms are not like this. This was a team that failed in large part due to their comms. You should check out the command center during the match days. You get to hear any team comms you want! It’s really cool
I just don't think Mac should be an IGL. Hearing his calls compared to top IGLs like Hal or Sweet is so different and lacks the foresight of how fights and rotations will develop.
“Jump out left and pull down Valk ult” and Snipe said “but they’re sitting down there bro” Al literally expected Slurp to understand that “jump out to the left” meant out to the left next to the stairs on high ground😂😂 and Snipe is a weak spine for sayin “I don’t even think he needed to say that” when he himself called out they been sitting down there😂 comical situation overall and terrible IGL work from Al, he’s not it🤷🏻♂️
Alb wasn't the best IGL, and Snipe and Slurp not listening half the time made it hard for him to even improve. Then Snipe and Slurp tried taking over and weren't good IGLs either. They should've just gotten a coach. Also should've just chose a playstyle, landing spots, etc. and stuck with it. Once you have stability, you can start building chemistry. This was a shit show.
they don't trust each other the roster is rusty and new reserved seat on Pro League because? basically sheep getting golden ticket to lion den even Tripods qual first
I mean just watching and listening these guys are dysfunctional snipe and slurp seem to be on a similar page while alb is trying to read 40 pages ahead and reading wrong on what his team can do and what they can specialize in.
I know Alb and also hal or even tsm said that there where no bad vibes in their departure. But I feel like alb always wants to be the star player and also leader. He always clashes with his igl‘s or co-igl over plays made and clearly doesn’t respect the calls(my opinion). I feel like we have seen a great one fall and he’s tryna claw himself back up to the top, but can’t with his current ego. Sorry it’s so long
Yeah Hal only says stuff like that to get comms clear so he can hear stuff or make a quick call. But in terms of the ideas the team proposes he is usually always open to hearing it out
Alb is such a know it all and so dismissive it’s satisfying watching his plans fail and I’m not even a hater, some of the calls are literally brain dead from the whole team so not entirely his fault but still the way he IGL’s is not a winner
Snipe is stupid sometimes I swear. Why would you call.to.mag dump Newcastle wall when it takes a shit load of bullets, and its gets knocked down with 2 kicks Lmao
Maybe cuz if you kick it your standing infront of it and the enemy can shoot u, while u kick the door? Ull never be anything good in sports. You dont have the awarness, in can tell from this comment alone
when this team was formed i was rooting for them I like Alb and Snipe, then when Alb went to Lanimals i was rooting for them now that Alb is with WC i'm not rooting for them in hopes they will stay together and do well.
I wouldn't call Slurpeeg an up and comer, he's been here from the start, he crashed into the scene in the 1v1 goat tourney where he came in 2nd people knew of him for a long time and he played in the smaller tourneys. Mac picked him cause he wanted a player similar to Naughty that he could IGL.
love this video, but its so hard to listen to. even for esports their arguments are immature. Apex id really unique for seeing the unfiltered comms of the players.
To be fair to the rest of the scene I would assume that 95% of comms are not like this. This was a very unique scenario. Also to be fair to all of these players the point of this video was about what went wrong. 90+% of their comms weren’t even like this. They had plenty of good moments. But gradually it devolved. Hope that clarifies a bit!
So it goes without saying in team scenarios like these, no one is without fault, and despite Slurps underwhelming performance I’d overall chalk this up to Alb making mostly bad calls as IGL. That bad decision making in crucial moments led to the team feeling it was necessary to call their own shots.
Yes and no. Snipe even counter called Hal back on TSM so only blaming Alb here doesn’t tell the full story. I didn’t know this either at time of making the video but Alb explained that there was a lot of clashing behind the scenes on the play styles they wanted to play which hurt his ability to effectively game plan
@@AyeJHawk interesting , I appreciate the response man, also you made a wonderful video and I enjoyed the content. Looking forward to more of what you put out !

"its far more difficult to learn from your victories" If Snipe had stayed with TSM, Hal would have let him know exactly how much he sucked and was garbage during any victories they had lol
i did not expect anything from this lineup all 3 of them were just passengers on their previous team. poor decision making. ✅️ selfish playstyle. ✅️ underestimates every opponent. ✅️ Recipe for disaster.
Bad synergy if you ask me. Snipe acts like he wants to be IGL and Albralelie is extremely skilled but his IGL is sometimes off... to say the least. I'd say give Snipe his chance to IGL, see how it goes.
Snip3 losing it about the wall is exactly why he was never ready to come back with a free Pro league spot. Two punches breaks a wall. He didn't even know that. Unfortunate, but he was not ready
snipedown defending ab at 16:10 isnt the play, theyre an inexperienced team together that got a free ride to ALGS and slurp like isnt even a pro. not even a semi pro really id argue so yes snipe, yes he DOES need to clarify on his callouts bc slurp isnt one of you yet. ab also followed him down for NO reason at all while asking what he was doing and then snipe just hopped down as well after acknowledging that something was wrong. they shouldve accepted that slurp was confused and left him.

I mean no disrespect to him, but Snipe does have a tendency to try and do his own thing or doubt his IGL and it gets his teams into a lot of trouble
They should not have been invited straight to pro league without earning it
I just don't like Albralelie as an IGL...
Think Snipedown would be a better IGL.
Just my opinion.
i dont know why i dont see more people talking about how Mac was the problem...
RIP Faze clan. NoobD0wn and Noobralelie both destroyed.
It just goes to show that Mac is not a good IGL.
they don't trust each other
the roster is rusty and new
reserved seat on Pro League because?
basically sheep getting golden ticket to lion den
even Tripods qual first
Alb just needs to frag and shut his mouth for any future teams he joins.
I mean just watching and listening these guys are dysfunctional snipe and slurp seem to be on a similar page while alb is trying to read 40 pages ahead and reading wrong on what his team can do and what they can specialize in.
Albralelie can never stay in a team he’s always hopping from one to another
Bro it felt like i was listening to a story about 3 soldiers who went to war and went MIA. Really great video.
🤣
There‘s a reason Alb is never kept in a team…
can’t understand why people still let him shot call!
Sorry it’s so long
Sounds like Al has taken a page out of Hal's book and not giving proper comms.
And now why i know they're dropping Mac..
Great breakdown, with Alb switching to roller as well its even further inconsistency in his playstyle. I think LAN falls fast on this.
Kinda funny how Snipe mentioned that Hal would’ve screamed at them if they gave up positioning for a gold R-99
And he’s right! This TSM video tomorrow shows how often Hal tells his team to forget about loot!
Even Hal never said shut up to his team in game
LAN watch party LFG
Yeah Hal only says stuff like that to get comms clear so he can hear stuff or make a quick call. But in terms of the ideas the team proposes he is usually always open to hearing it out
these are pro players? they are started screaming at each other like your average ranked player XD
Damn a minute in & homie hit me where it hurts... Right in my Faze Stocks 🤣
My bad 😅
I’ve never heard of Apex and thought this was a true crime video essay.
🤣
It's trash how they just get a FREE invite into Pro League. So many teams that grinded to get there and Faze just gets in for free? BS.
Yeah I think all teams no matter how big of names should have to earn it
Alb IGLing has me an tears bro 😂😂😂
Alb really left tsm and thought he could be the the next Hal lol😹
when this team was formed i was rooting for them I like Alb and Snipe, then when Alb went to Lanimals i was rooting for them now that Alb is with WC i'm not rooting for them in hopes they will stay together and do well.
Jesus
snipe doesnt scan at all while hes in bloodhound ult 😂💀
Snipedown is a bot lol that’s what went wrong.
Glad you were able to use the podcast for this video. Appreciate you! Great video.
LEGEND! Love the podcast. Thanks so much!
Ever since I saw your three other vids, I’ve been waiting for this one!
Quality content.
Wow, thanks!
👀👀
oh shoot the legend Kauzey???? no way
love this video, but its so hard to listen to. even for esports their arguments are immature.
@@AyeJHawk makes sense! wouldnt be surprised if other games had similar comms in bad moments. great video btw man, edited phenomenally
@@FearWarboar4135 thanks for watching!
No one actually thought this team would be a serious contender.
I don't care for AGLs but I'll sub cause you're nice
Thanks! 😅
mac just not that good of an
igl tbh
just earned a sub, can't believe people aren't subscribing. without a doubt THE best ALGS channel out there. can't wait for the channel to keep growing, keep up the god tier videos!
Thanks for the sub!
I think Mac is just a bad igl tbh
We need updated drama! Jhawk.
Snipe should never have left TSM
I'm glad he did, Evan is a beast
Snipe is genuinely so bad
Too all the viewers that are watching without subbing you guys are gonna miss out on some banger vids, this guy ain't your average Ytber
"its far more difficult to learn from your victories"
If Snipe had stayed with TSM, Hal would have let him know exactly how much he sucked and was garbage during any victories they had lol
PSA just punch Newcastle walls to break them. Dont be Snipe
i did not expect anything from this lineup all 3 of them were just passengers on their previous team.
poor decision making. ✅️
selfish playstyle. ✅️
underestimates every opponent. ✅️
Recipe for disaster.
Ur analysis is so in-depth dad. I freaking love this channel and I hope it blows up. Here at 4.8k subs, I’ll be back at 1 million ❤
snipedown defending ab at 16:10 isnt the play, theyre an inexperienced team together that got a free ride to ALGS and slurp like isnt even a pro. not even a semi pro really id argue so yes snipe, yes he DOES need to clarify on his callouts bc slurp isnt one of you yet. ab also followed him down for NO reason at all while asking what he was doing and then snipe just hopped down as well after acknowledging that something was wrong. they shouldve accepted that slurp was confused and left him.
