Some suggestions: Putting the bedroom next to the living room means someone will be up all night while someone else runs the TV. Also, that huge blank wall in the living room is wasted space. If the door was moved over about a foot, you could have a wall of books.
Agreed. Bedrooms and bathroom in the back. Living room and kitchen that has access to the most natural light in front.

This is a very common design in the Fiji Islands, however we have more windows all around. In the tropics we require cross ventilation and natural light inside the house. It is a very functional design.

Overall looks comfy, but i would rather put the kitchen adjacent to the living area in the front so that the entrance was more spacious and rear the bedrooms to keep it more silent and private.

Sure. Bathroom shouldn't be facing kitchen too. In the modern homes living area and kitchen are adjacent to each other, not separated.

Quite a nice design but if you have 2 people sleeping in the main bedroom one would always be climbing over the other to get out of bed.
This is my dream house semi _bung galo with two bedrooms one bath room ,Comport room one dining room kitchen and recieveng room 👍.

nice presentation.only due to where I live.id change a few things.side door walk into mud room.with stackables.and storage.than walk into dining area kitchen the rest.i like the porch and that's all one level.good design.thank you for showing.this model.

I like outside view but I would re arrange the inside and put shower and loo away from kitchen and maybe make a corridor put the loo between the two bedrooms.Loo by the kitchen is a big no no to me.
